Q.  What is the Revolution Combat Club?

A.  The Revolution Combat Club (RCC) is a state-of-the-art, 9,000 square foot strength and conditioning facility that specializes in training for wrestling, judo, and jiu-jitsu for male AND female athletes of all ages and skill levels.

Q.  What makes RCC different from other clubs from a training perspective?

A.  The RCC has and is a system.  We employ a crawl, walk, run, sprint progression to our sport-specific training when it comes to wrestling, judo, and jiu-jitsu and from a strength and conditioning perspective, we follow what is known as the Conjugate Method, made famous by Louie Simmons of Westside Barbell.  The RCC has created a curriculum for both specialized and general physical preparedness that is professional, safe, and inclusive.

Q.  Is the RCC a USA Wrestling certified club?

A. Yes.

​

Q.  How much mat space does the RCC have?

A.  The RCC has two 36x36 wrestling mats for a total of almost 2,600 square feet of training space.

Q.  What equipment does the strength and conditioning space at RCC have?

A.  The RCC strength and conditioning space contains almost 2,000 square feet of turf space that is home to specialty equipment such as Assault Bikes, sleds, and wagons.  This is in addition to our matted training space that contains competition bench/squat racks, a multi-trainer, pulldown machine, reverse hypers, deadlift platform, dumbbells from 5 lbs to 110 lbs and kettlebells from 9 lbs to 150 lbs amongst a host of other equipment.

Q.  What does RCC offer besides combat sport-specific training/classes?

A.  The RCC offers an open gym option, group strength and conditioning classes, and one-on-one training and coaching opportunities.
